We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
We have some shipping rates that cover duties in the rate listed at checkout. The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments unless it otherwise states it on that shipping rate. See checkout for details.
Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

We are made to order company. Most of our apparel items are printed right here in Texas! Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.

Yes! We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return by emailing us at info@coldtrends.com or chatting with us on our site. We provide free return shipping on your first order with us, and our team is here to assist you in the process.
We do not cover return shipping or exchange shipping on any international orders.
Currently we ship to all 50 states in the US.
